You are also responsible for any services that are accessible without an account that are used through your connected personal device.

You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate and legitimate.
If there are any changes to your personal information, you must promptly update your information.
We will not be responsible for any delays or errors caused by any incorrect or out-of-date information.
Please double check your shipping information before finishing your order especially if the shipping address is different with your subscription address.

For your privacy, do not share your account information with others and do not use another person’s account or personal information without their permission.
You are responsible for securing your account information and your account password as well as the consequences caused by your negligence in keeping them secure.

Prescriptions can be obtained from your local eye health professional (optometrists & ophthalmologists).
Please ensure that you have submitted accurate measurements on your prescriptions before completing your purchase.
We recommend getting an eye exam at least once every 1 to 2 years to keep your prescription up to date.

We have done in our best effort to display the design of the product “as-is” as well as the color of the product to appear as accurate as possible at the Site.
But, because the actual color that you will see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that what you saw on your monitor’s display of color will be the accurate color of the product.
If a product offered from our Site is not as described, you can request for a return or exchange in an unused condition.

When a purchase is made for our products, you are giving permission to us and our third part payment processor to charge your payment method for the purchases plus any applicable taxes and other charges.

Product will be shipped once the order has been processed with the accurate address provided to EyesGram.
There may be subject to delays that are outside of our control, but you will receive your shipment within 2 weeks after the order.

EyesGram offers full refund within 15 days after receiving your first pair of glasses or if no order has been made for 180 days since the date of the subscription.
EyesGram does not offer full refunds after 15 days since the receipt of first pair of glasses.
Partial refunds may be available and will differ depending on the subscribed plan.

Expected time to process a refund may differ depending on the payment method.

You can also apply for an exchange using the 2 free exchange offer provided within the subscription. Exchange is only available within 30 days after the receipt of your ordered glasses.
For EyesGram to process your exchange, we ask that you return the glasses in advance for an exchange. Instructions and return address will be provided when return is requested to our customer support e-mail. (customer_support@eyesgram.ca)

In case that there are remaining orders(s) after the subscription expiration, the remaining order(s) will automatically expire once the subscription ends.
EyesGram will send a notification 1 month before the expiry as a reminder.

We guarantee the quality of our frames, lenses and additional coatings.
As part of the warranty, we offer 2 free exchanges within 30 days after the receipt of your ordered glasses.

In no event shall EyesGram or any of providers be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or directly or indirectly related to the use of or the inability to use, the site of the content.
Materials and function related thereto, including, without limitation, loss of revenue, or anticipated profits, or lost business, data or sales, or cost of substitute services, even if EyesGram or any of providers has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

All intellectual properties on this website are produced by EyesGram and rightfully belongs to us.
All sources found on our website such as text, illustration, pictures, videos, audio, icons, digital files, data information, and software is the property of EyesGram or the suppliers of the source.
They are under protection by Canadian and international copyright laws and must not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
Any software found and used at EyesGram cannot be reproduced outside of the website.

EyesGram is based in Canada and will be governed and construed in accordance with the Canadian laws.
By using our service, you agree to follow the laws and regulations in accordance to your federal, provincial, and municipal laws.
Any disputes with customers using our site will be settled by the courts of Canada and the Canadian enforcement agencies.
